Calling all Southern Belles and Gentlemen
On Monday February 13, Hawksworth Restaurant will host A Spirited Dinner in their beautifully restored York Room, our talented culinary team have prepared a southern-themed dinner, paired with cocktails showcasing the Sazerac portfolio of ryes and bourbons.
Toasting to the esteemed New Orleans cocktail culture, Bar & Lounge Manager Brad Stanton has designed six creative cocktails based on Sazerac’s fine line of spirits, paired with Chef Hawksworth’s delicious canapé reception and a four course Creole-inspired menu – a showcase of flavours from Cajun and barbecue to classic southern comfort cuisine.
